Morning at Chubu

Check out a few pictures of the campus and views from a top the hill down into Kasugai city.

Morgan - thanks for all these pictures of the area! I am surprised - I thought every town in Japan was big, heavily populated and always crowded. Chubu seems to be full of rural lanes and mostly empty of people - at least at the time of your walk. The parking garage for bikes is interesting - will you need a bike? In the future please add some words describing what some of the pix show.
This morning is foggy here, and I need to take Curly for his walk!
Love,
Dad

Hi Morgan: You must still be getting up very early! I can see the long shadows of the morning sun in your photos!

As Daddy said, can you write more about what's happening? Can you take a photo of where you get your food? Is it like a cafeteria line? Is there a bookstore?

Have you had an opportunity to learn about what classes you will have? Tell us about the other students -- can you take some photos of them? Is Mr. King a Japanese man or from another country?

Will you be getting a bike? It doesn't look too hilly around campus, so it might be easy to ride around. Are there any non-foreign students there yet?

Write when you can - thanks for all the photos, they are great! Love, Mom
